This charming, expanded Cape Cod is ideally located only three houses from the bay and twelve houses from the ocean. The house has two separate units, upstairs and down. Both have one bedroom with a queen bed, one bedroom with two twin beds and a sunroom that sleeps two. Gas grills and an outside shower are located in the private backyard. The kitchens are equipped with everything you could possibly need-microwaves, toaster ovens, blenders, full sets of dishes, utensils, pots and pans and coffee pots. Sheets and towels are the tenant痴 responsibility. Pillows, blankets and beach badges are provided. The house has been newly decorated and landscaped.

Weekly: $600, two week rental-$1000
